Responsibilities

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs using Flask or Django.

Implement front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.

Utilize Git for version control and collaborate using GitLab.

Follow secure software development practices.

Apply design patterns and best practices in software architecture.

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation scripts using Ansible and Shell scripting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using JIRA for issue management.

Stay updated with network security trends, including OSI layers, network protocols, NG Firewalls, and DDoS mitigation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Linux-based systems..

Experience in Linux environments, including system administration, scripting, and security hardening.

Proficiency in Python and C++.

Experience with ORM.

Hands-on experience with Flask or Django for backend development.

Expertise in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Ajax, and Fetch API.

Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).

Experience in secure software development and web security best practices.

Knowledge of network security concepts.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible and Shell scripting.

Familiarity with Nginx as a web server.

Ability to work with Git for version control and JIRA for issue tracking.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced Linux OS / Distro Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, customization, and optimization of our security-focused Linux distributions.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Linux-based distributions,

Optimize the OS for performance, security, and compatibility with Labris components.

Maintain and package kernel modules, drivers, and system services.

Ensure seamless upgrades, patches, and security updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues related to networking, security, and performance.

Collaborate with the security and networking teams to integrate security modules and applications.

Requirements

Proven experience in Linux system development, customization, and distribution maintenance.

Strong knowledge of Rocky/Alma Linux, CentOS, or RHEL-based distributions.

Job Description

Installing and configuring Labris branded Cyber Security Devices.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Providing level 1 product training on the physical and technical features of the installed devices.

Carrying out configuration and testing of the products to be monitored/tracked in the SOC (on the center and customer side).

To monitor and report on the systems/devices defined in the SOC.

Providing remote, on-site technical support to customers via assigned calls.

Working alternately 24x7.
