General Qualifications

At least 2 years of technical expertise (field engineer) in the field of Cyber Security products.

Ability to create and present Turkish and English presentations to customers in the pre-sales area.

Able to manage demo processes in line with customer demand in the pre-sales area and demonstrate the capabilities of Labris Networks products in the customer environment.

Specification review and product identification.

No restrictions on domestic/international travel.

Job Description

The Pre-Sales Engineer works with the entire sales team.

The Presales Engineer is responsible for achieving a profit and efficiency quota formed from the combined expectations of the industry or channel.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Proactively covers the technical solution required to meet customer requirements, evaluates customers' needs and recommends solutions that optimize value for both customer and company.

Implements solutions as needed to provide appropriate support.

Meets established targets for profitable sales growth.

As an opportunist, he pursues additional business development and opportunities at client companies. Collaborates with the sales department to ensure these opportunities are met effectively.

Monitors customer support for proposed technical solutions throughout the sales process and informs sales teams of potential deal closing risks.

The workplace will be Ankara or Istanbul.

Must have a fault finding, problem solving and feedback systematic.

ISP connection, modem, router, switch and AP information

Knowledge of Using and Managing Linux Distributions Effectively

Ensuring active and stable operation of the devices within the customer

Must have a stable personality that is open to learning and change.

Compliance with flexible working hours, execution of SoC services

No travel restrictions and being able to drive a vehicle

Job Description

Installing and configuring Labris branded Cyber Security Devices.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Providing level 1 product training on the physical and technical features of the installed devices.

Carrying out configuration and testing of the products to be monitored/tracked in the SOC (on the center and customer side).

To monitor and report on the systems/devices defined in the SOC.

Providing remote, on-site technical support to customers via assigned calls.

Working alternately 24x7.

Actively monitoring industry communication channels (social media, technology forums, etc.) and providing input when necessary.

To report to the manager any bugs and feature requirements that S/He directly detects or that are communicated by customers.
